Oh, woe is me.

Woe.

Woe.

I'm in Indiana visiting Shawn's folks for a week, and one of the things I look forward to is grandpa's WiFi.  Alas, poor York, it's not letting my laptop log-in.  Thus, I am stuck with limited access.  No sitting in the sunshine over looking the woodlands on his backporch blogging and emailing.  Oh, woe!  Oh, the humanity!

I drove eight hours for THIS!!

On the flip side, I'm expecting to get a lot of REAL writing done as well as *gasp* some reading.  On the recomendation of [personal profile] naomikritzer, I bought Jo Walton's Farthing and am going to start it this week.

But, if you don't hear from me for days and days it's not because I hate you.  It's because I hate this place.

I have theories. I'll send you some networking TMI when I get to the office.

Crawling through the Intarwebs might be easier for me, though. ;) Explaining to someone else how to fix the wireless and fixing the wireless myself are different skillsets, y'know? And I'm much more experienced with laying on hands and saying, "Be healed!" But I'll see what I can do.
