Date: 2020-09-03 04:02 pm (UTC)Mason got a little depressed the other day when we drove into Coffman Union to pick up his University of Minnesota ID card. Even though he's still in high school, the U gives their PSEO students full access to campus life. Anyway, the campus is gorgeous and huge and awe-inspiring? And, he (like I for him) was hoping to get to kind of practice at college at the U? Including taking the light rail to class and being completely responsible for his own meals and all that stuff.
Ah well.
At least this *isn't* his freshman college year... though it is someone else's....
