That's great! Last time I tried the BBB, in complaining about Joann Fabrics of all places, the store responded to say basically, we don't know why he's complaining, we refunded him in full, then I replied to the BBB to say, they didn't refund me at all and didn't hear anything after that. So, glad to know it does work sometimes at least. At least I figure maybe I put another notch into their lots of complaints records.
