naomikritzer turned me on to this awesome theory about Captain America's past. As she pointed out, it totally reads like something I'd devise. So, yeah, I think it'd be an awesome back story. Of course, I grew up singing labor union songs and "Four for the Founding Fathers... Marx, Engles, Lenin, Trotsky!" so, I might be biased.
